An Accurate Approach for HDAC Activity/Inhibition
It is more accurate to measure HDAC activity/inhibition by directly detecting HDAC-converted deacetylated products, rather than commonly used trypsin-based peptide cleavage, as to eliminate assay interference caused by DMSO, thiol-containing chemicals, trypsin, and cellular lysyl endipeptidases.
